Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin, Head of the one-year Entertainment Business Management program at VFS, has been nominated for a 2010 Canadian New Media Award as Digital Media Woman of the Year!

The nominations, announced this week, celebrate a wide swath of Canadian achievement, from the popular Twitter client HootSuite to the Montreal-based band Arcade Fire. The awards are part of nextMEDIA Toronto, Canada’s leading forum for the convergence of all forms of digital media, and will be presented at a gala on December 1.

The nomination speaks volumes about Jessica’s role in helping to shape the convergent future of entertainment, from her work on Zeros 2 Heroes Media to the innovation she’s introduced into the VFS student experience. It’s a very well-deserved accolade – congratulations, Jessica!
